Manage, develop and provide end to end leadership for the buying team in the EU region.

Assist with recruitment, induction and on-going training, identifying needs and finding solutions.
Managing performance and other HR issues within the team when necessary.
Liaising with the Accounts Payable Manager and other line managers within the business.
Dealing with queries and supporting team members with more difficult accounts.
