-Conduct extensive market research in regards to education trends, digital trends, changes in academic formats and anything related to the education industry and its growth.
-Manage all company social media platforms ie; Instagram and facebook, including responding to customer queries.
-Proofread all published content such as newsletters, brochures, catalogs, web page content, taglines, emails, speeches etc.
-Work with freelance copywriter in all matters related to publishing.
-Search and recruit potential tutors/teachers to ensure diversity of content.
-Contact potential clients, customers and collaborative partners via phone or email to establish rapport and set up meetings while informing them of new developments within the company.
-Monitor and maintain upper management’s calendar and perform administrative arrangements in connection with internal and external appointments.
