Responsible for the overall Human Resource function. Reporting directly to the Director HR Europe & Africa my role provides the full scope of HR services to the organisation by ensuring that staff and managers receive ongoing advice and guidance.
To partner with the General Manager in delivering the people strategy and drive transformation and manage risk for Amway SA by providing support to line partners in delivering the business strategy through people.
Ensure integration with global (European) human resources strategy
Champion key people change initiatives and develop capacity to sustain change
Develop and manage the Human Resources budget to ensure spend is directed and aligned to Amway’s strategic agenda
Monitor trends and implement relevant interventions as needed to improve the effectiveness of the organisation so as to meet ever-changing market conditions
Drive the review and implementation of HR Policies
Relevant reports as per the regional, departmental and legislative requirements i.e. Remunertion, Recruitment, HR Analytics reports, etc.
Effective development, management and coaching of Human Resources staff.
Ongoing review of the compensation and benefits strategy within the local market.
