Escalation of system related queries/faults to BSD Vodacom support on behalf of Vodacom clients & retailers; Data provisioning on Vodacom SIM cards i.e. adding data onto SIM cards for companies such as Tracker; Dealing with FNB Vodacom recharges queries e.g. Internet & Cell phone banking; Activation of Vodacom prepaid electronic & physical vouchers; Dealing with all external and internal (Vodacom, MTN & Cell C) queries from various service providers; Personally and telephonically interact with dealer & customer (Vodacom clients & Retailer) queries and escalating them to relevant service providers externally;Giving adequate and sufficient information on the company’s products and services offered to our dealer base (retailers); Redeeming talking points for customers; Blacklisting of stolen handsets for Vodacom clients and retailers;
Processing of all Sim Swops on Micro & Nano SIMs for Vodacom clients & Vodacom retailers;
Analyzing, monitoring and processing of insurance claims for underwriters; Tracing of handsets on ITC (Credit Regulatory System) their existing Cellphone number to a new network operator.

Dealing with all external and internal (Vodacom, MTN & Cell C) queries from various service providers i.e. Auto page, Nashua mobile & WASPA; Handling of all WASPA (Wireless Application Service Providers’ Association) from all networks; Responsible for WASPA and Hello Peter complaints and queries; (M-PESA/Mobile money)
MPESA regional promotions by means of conducting road shows and regional Office site visits;
Registrations and implementing customers on the MPESA system; Responsible for Vodacom MPESA promoter payments; Smartcall representative for Vodacom MPESA products, promotions & payments. Vodacom RICA Act - Responsible for Rica registrations to customers and our promoters nationwide.
