I take pride in being part of the spear heading team as this was first of its kind format (Pan India) in LFR. Hence we were also part of the NSO Team.

My profile involved managing a team of Solution Executives with regard to sales, training & their overall development. Handling escalations and carving a feasible solution. Assisting store manager in store up keeping & achievement of business goals of given department.

The focus in this format was more on pitching solutions & services which would eventually be a combination of varied technological product which enhance one's productivity and makes life easier in daily chores.
