Fulfill many business needs in a smaller, rural dealership. Manage website and create content, adjust inventory incentives and specials, and engage community through social networking and local event participation. Design and execute newspaper, direct mail and e-marketing sales and service advertising. Field sales and service internet leads. Assist Service Manager with day-to-day operations including warranty submission, advisor training and new process implementation. Prepare and submit weekly payroll and assist Office Controller with other accounting tasks as assigned. Perform HR duties as necessary; recruit, interview and guide new employees through onboarding process, work with employees in need of improvement, and facilitate employee meetings. Assist dealership managers to create department goals, and motivate team members to achieve them. First point of contact for any IT problems in the dealership. Currently hold GM Center of Learning certifications for BDC Manager, Certified Internet Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Parts Manager, Service Consultant and Warranty Admin.
