Lead Interior Designer

Lead the interior design staff; oversee all major duties in order to provide a complete Interior Design program for Geisinger Health System. Contribute knowledge and design expertise to the overall growth of the organization; as well as carrying the organization’s brand, mission and values to our neighboring communities. Develop and maintains an integrated approach to design, design management, project stewardship and technical project resolution to lead and manage projects. Lead in design and technical development of interior spaces, from space planning and concept through realization. Pursues and encourages creative design solutions while developing meaningful, quality environments based on best practices, the latest product research / development, and evidence-based design. Holds responsibility for independently organizing and supervising design teams, participating in presentations and interviews, building and maintaining day-to-day relationships with clients and with consultants, and working collaboratively to find creative solutions to project challenges. Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Geisinger in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
