Audit transfer of value for attending US and OUS HCP’s transparency reporting per the requirements of US and global compliance guidelines.
Prepare transparency reporting and submission of US and OUS HCP’s, in alignment with the paid & contracted amounts adhering to reporting timelines.
Compliance business partner to the event planning group, providing direction with financial reporting, budget analysis, procurement, contractual services, accounting, data analysis and financial reconciliation.
Responsible for tracking, gathering and summarizing actual event expenses for monthly financial reports that are distributed to sr management, business owners and global affiliates.
Identify and manage project risk, compliance risk and financial challenges associated with meeting and event planning. Consistently re-evaluate processes, to maintain and implement best practices, to define business rules, enhance systems, and further training, within the team.
