-Managed preparation of two-day silent auction, including researching potential donors of products and services, drafting donation solicitation letters and planning day-of logistics. Efforts resulted in 30+ donations from local businesses and 60+ donations from artists.
-Coordinated community organization and sponsors for festivals, creating mutually marketing relationships between organizations
-Communicated with artists, vendors and volunteers, accurately addressing inquiries and establishing expectations
-Produced the premier open house for dance studio by coordinating volunteers and organizing classes and activities
-Built relationships with 15 local businesses through in-person pitches to market the studio
-Created designs using Adobe Photoshop and wrote copy for marketing materials and event souvenirs
-Innovated new company system to organize storage, orders and sales of stock for online sales department
-Trained several employees to work under new stock system to increase group cohesion
