- Works with small groups of first-semester graduate students as they practice their counseling skills, focusing on the intake session and working on various goals i.e. goal setting, reflecting feelings, and termination.
- Provides each student with comprehensive feedback to help them work through their strengths and weaknesses as future counselors

- Edits and provides personal feedback on various portions of Dr. Jill Schwarz of TCNJ's textbook which is about counseling females in an empowering way.
- Co-authoring a journal article with Dr. Shwarz concerning the organization Womanspace Inc., victims of domestic abuse, and the benefits of equine-assisted therapy
