Neighborhood Bar Guides // Client: Amstel Light:
Curated neighborhood bar guides in 5 of our major cities. After all 5 cities were curated Flavorpill and Amstel Light hosted a series of happy hours. Kicking things off in Brooklyn I was also able to assist in event production.
Art of Yoga Series // Client: Naked:
Supported event strategy at Flavorpill’s Art of Yoga Series, through promotion coordination, press releases, and contest management resulting in 1,000 attendees with over 5,000 entries.
Daily responsibilities included: maintaining a calendar of important launch dates and flights, campaign execution from beginning proposal stages to promotional coordination, correspondence between clients and contacts, develop collateral materials, maintain guest list, and event assistance.
Learned first hand about ad spaces, custom sales products and scheduling for deliverables, quality assurance testing, writing and editing copy for mailers, development and brainstorm sessions for RFP's.
Conducted weekly competitor research for the Sales team at Flavorpill, as a means to measure key competitor sites, campaigns, and potential advertisers to gain a competitive edge.
