Marketing:
Coordinates various integrated communication & marketing activities. Develops & maintains collateral. Supervises the production of marketing materials (in house & through outside vendors).
Executes direct mail campaigns, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, PR, customer communications, media advertisements & promotions.
Writes, maintains content & provides monthly updates to company website.
Plans meetings & trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists; and handling logistics.
Manages non-personal social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, etc. Communicates on social platforms in a consistent, on-brand voice. Manages email & social media campaigns including planning, testing, evaluating, and reporting.

Training:
Responsible for the planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluation of external training programs for contractors & end users. Develops an annual training plan.
Investigates available training methods to determine the most effective manner in which to conduct programs. Assigns instructors to conduct training.
Maintains training records.
Responsible marketing of training classes & communications regarding courses.
Identifies and assesses training needs by conferring with sales and/or conducting public surveys.
Handles logistics for training activities.

Human Resources:
Coordinates & schedules technical training for employees.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description & job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Determines applicant qualifications by analyzing resumes, screening applicants, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging, & meals.
