Accurately prepare required initial and renewal accreditation/licensure applications in
prescribed timeframes, including but not limited to COLA, CAP, AHCA, and HME.
This includes ensuring that all requirements for the application are completed and
submitted to the proper regulatory agency, including any physician related screening
requirements or information.
Responsible for monitoring all FCS facilities for compliance with accreditation
requirements and standards, including directing staff on corrective actions to bring
up to compliance standard when deficiencies are discovered.
Responsible for performing all HME inspections, recommending and following up on
corrective actions that must be taken by staff to ensure HME compliance standards
are consistently being met in all locations.
Ensure that all facilities have required accreditation/licensure documents posted and
other required documents are current and available for inspection.
Schedule and coordinate required accreditation/licensure surveys and inspections,
including ensuring all required documents are available to monitors.
Ensure timely notification to required agencies is completed regarding
additional/new locations, physicians, and any other pertinent information related to
Coordinate background screenings required on all staff and physicians per
accreditation/licensure requirements and ensure results are returned in timely
manner to meet all accreditation/licensure qualifications.
Develop and oversee SOPs for lab and MA areas. Independently ensure that all
