Managed a 60 unit subsidized apartment community. Followed all Rural Development & Tax Credit Guidelines and abided to all state and national fair housing laws. Provided customer service to all residents, prospects, vendors, etc. Walked complex grounds and vacancies daily and inspected occupied units every month. Supervised maintenance staff and assigned all service request work orders obtained by residents, as well as hired and supervised make ready technicians and all hired outside vendors; inspected all work upon completion to ensure work performed was completed properly and in an efficient and timely manner. Assisted all prospects with the application process and maintained all need information and notes and logged onto waiting list. Completed all weekly, monthly, marketing, and traffic reports that were needed and requested and submitted to home office within a timely manner. Completed all lease move-in documents, move-out packets, annual resident recertification's and assisted each person as needed with the proper procedure and information needing to be obtained. Collected rental payments, application fees, and rental deposits; posted received rents into Boston Post and made bank deposits daily or as needed.
