Director, Regulatory and Compliance Analytics

Provides strategic direction for analysis and reporting under the corporate compliance program, regulatory/government contracts, accreditation, and corporate contracts and business associate agreements.

Essential Functions:
•Provides leadership in the development of all organizational regulatory and compliance analysis and reporting.

•Provides guidance to staff on complex regulatory and compliance requirements.

•Enforces minimum necessary standards for adherence to regulatory/government contracts, corporate contracts and business associate agreements.

•Conceives, establishes, and directs the development of critical regulatory reports and dashboards for the management and monitoring of organizational initiatives and performance monitoring of regulatory incentive programs.

•Supports the Director, Corporate Compliance with governmental requirements including developing training, reviewing processes, coordinating external organization reviews, and submitting reports and data.

•Leads rapid response demands (e.g., legal requests, state requests, etc.) placed upon Decision Support & Informatics (DSI). This includes working with other DSI Senior Leadership to establish direction to complete the request, coordinate the necessary resources and finalize the end product.

•Provides oversight of audit requests made by internal audit, outside regulators or outside auditors for information, reporting or analysis to meet auditing requirements.

•Reviews and provides formal response to all regulatory notifications that involve DSI departments.

•Investigates and resolves critical regulatory and compliance analytic issues.
