Homegrown National Park Ranger (Volunteer)

Contributing to a mission to establish the world's first "Homegrown National Park" by crowd-sourcing a vibrant green corridor throughout the City of Toronto with a diverse team of rangers and partner organizations.

In 2014 I formed a cross-sector partnership & led volunteer efforts to plant more native pollinator plants in the heart of CityPlace, one of Toronto's newest and most densely populated neighborhoods. In 2015, the project continues to maximize engagement and connections to nature within the vertical community. I am the liaison for all CityPlace parks & gardening matters, leveraging strong relationships with the City of Toronto, the CityPlace Resident's Association, the David Suzuki Foundation, Concord Adex, and an amazing group of neighborhood volunteers.

Project Manager

Led and coordinated engagement efforts across account, technical and program teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure sales teams are equipped with the right technology, resources and demonstrations to maximize opportunity revenue when using the Customer Experience Center. Developed a series of metrics for sales leadership, regional and local management to track performance and identify useful patterns & information. Coordinated working groups to develop and implement localized demonstrations and dedicated facilities for account teams in remote offices. Developed and implemented appropriate communication channels to improve service and increase utilization of the Center. Produced Canadian branding and content for C-level presentations.

Support with administration, strategy, events and communications for Cisco's Connected Research Program, an investment in Research Chairs and Professorships applying Cisco technologies and solutions to Canada's most pressing business problems.
