Communicate and work closely work with management on which molds are to be put on which machine header, and how many parts of said mold needs to be made. Keep a record of what times molds are hung and taken off. Properly hang molds on the headers, such as using correct pipes, proper hoses, valves, and making sure molds are straight and level. Then observe that molds can run properly and make any adjustments needed. Communicate with packers that changes have been made and how many parts or bundles will be ran. Throughout shift keep machines and molds clean, keep pulp and water tanks maintained at proper levels. Add required chemicals to pulp, depending on product being made Train younger employees in the machine operator position and process.
This position required the use of 2 sitting forklifts(1 with 32 inch forks, 1 with a dump bucket), goggles, rubber chemical gloves, wire cutters, power washers, socket wrench, pipe wrench, and a wire chipper.
