Designed and managed a Redress' systems of operations, namely the volunteer/internship system. Formulated and creatively designed, The Redress Trust’s Operations Manual. Lead redesign of both The REDRESS Trust website (www.redress.org) and Victims’ Rights Working Group website (www.vrwg.org). Formatted and distributed The REDRESS Trust’s numerous press releases and academic publications. Contributing writer in Victims’ Working Rights Group Quarterly Bulletin.
