-Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of domestic and international commercial agreements and complex transactions, including sales contracts, general procurement, license, IP and other operational and commercial agreements;
-Advise business teams (including Sales, Finance, HR) on a variety of legal and commercial issues and risks (on issues such as data protection and privacy, contract interpretation, and employment matters), beneficial business strategies, and company protocol;
-Manage and resolve legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships;
-Refine and implement company processes, procedures, and form agreements.
