Established first collocated sites with the Passaic County Board of Social Services and Passaic County Community College.

Acquisition and development of strategic long-term partnerships securing major workforce funding initiatives and participation with North Jersey Partners, a northern Regional economic collaboration. Successfully co-lead 10 county operational committee and secured $25M in Federal 5-year grant for health care professional development.

Assessed community needs and executed Passaic County Work First New Jersey (WFNJ), Child Care, and Work Force Investment (WIB) Act Plans. Established request for proposals from community based agencies, wrote bid specifications and coordinated bid project management under NJ contracting guidelines.

Conceptualized and initiated the Passaic County Employment Network (PCEN) to recruit job seekers and match to business needs, employment trends and labor market information. Team-building trainer dedicated to improving team performance and ensuring customer needs and service levels were met or exceeded. Implemented QA/Utilization performance standards and chaired agency compliance committee.

Secured funding to implement consumer supply chain management technology to increase customer service flow, productivity and efficiency of staff. Leveraged $2M in federal funding to establish the Transportation Information Center at the NJ Department of Labor, One-Stop Career Center to link employment, education, and transportation hubs, the first of its kind.

Project manager for first newly constructed Passaic County One Stop Career Center at Passaic County Community College in New Jersey, summer 2011 completion. Responsible for all aspects from conceptualization, architectural plan development, construction oversight, and leadership for integration of NJ State Unemployment, Employment and Disability Services as designated One-Stop Career Center in excess of $26M.

Strategically developed, planned and implemented Work First New Jersey Plan (welfare) projects, bid specifications, and administered proposal contracting process under the NJ Public Contracting Law. Organized a "best practice" approach to non-profits, education and business collaborations to provide learning opportunities and job placement to over 6,000 WFNJ recipients in Passaic County.

Leadership responsiblity for all aspects of 21 varied social service programs including mental health, counseling, disability, homeless prevention, welfare and addictions. Trained as clinical family therapist and provided counseling services of work/life issues, crisis intervention, and appropriate treatment modalities for individual, martial, and families. Provided court assessments for child protective agency and implemented Child Assault Prevention (CAP) training in 4-county area.

Developed and launched 4-child care centers including a hospital based, 2-private employer based centers one in collaboration with Warren County Community College and privatized a NJ Division of Youth and Family Services facility. Developed early childhood career curriculum with Warren County Community College and oversaw implementation of numerous after-school programs and child care resource and referral including registered family day care providers in 4-Counties.
