Responsible for all customer care, service and sales through service, I lead all inbound customer contact, sales and retention, achieving the best possible customer experience for our members and driving commercial growth. Accountable for our outsourced vendor partners and our in house teams, my job is to do the right thing for our customers, create efficiencies and deliver better processes, products and services.
