• Work with accountant to oversee all financial and business planning activities including budgeting, financial reporting and investigation of strategic financing options.
• Assist with annual audits, annual business plans, organizational development plan, tax returns and all other financial matters.
• Monitor all accounts payable and receivable
• Manage vendor relations and accounts
• Define and implement systems and procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, maintenance and disposal of financial records
• Support Director of Development in the maintenance of the donor database (Salesforce)
