This role involves recognising and championing business opportunities in the Commercial team. It is focused on meeting business revenue and EBIT objectives, maintaining strong partner relations and improving the customer experience and engagement.
This includes successfully implementing new strategies to support the development and launch of new products including loyalty program Club Jetstar, Mastercard, Merchandise and Vouchers and communicating promotions and major product changes via channels such as media, print and direct mail.
The main focus is on driving the Club Jetstar revenue performance by market and continually improving the proposition and partner offers for members. This involves managing external relationships and working closely internally with Marketing, Revenue Management and Distribution to ensure that schedules are maintained for marketing campaigns and sales activity.
