Negotiate prices and ensure price reductions of products and services
Discuss capacity requirements with Int. Carriers and Local operators
Carry out all necessary studies, analyses and cost calculations with the aim of minimizing the
cost and increasing margins.
Evaluate international routing to ensure efficient use of capacity and quality.
Responsible for trading buying and selling of International routes.
Negotiate and agree on the interconnection rates with the national and international carriers.
Representing my company on international global gathering, conferences and meetings.
Manage, plan and ensure the financial performance of the carrier relationship business are
met and plan the corrective actions.
Building internal as well as external relationships.
