Innovation Ecosystem and Market Development, Emerging Business Accelerator

Under the direction of CEO Francisco D’Souza, the Emerging Business Accelerator will make investments in three areas. First, will be investments in new markets. These involve adapting Cognizant’s global delivery model around existing offerings to serve new industries, including targeted areas of the public sector and new geographies. Second, will be investments in services around the new IT architecture, namely, the cloud, mobility, the social enterprise and analytics. And third, will be investments in new delivery models, primarily nonlinear models that are based on proprietary intellectual property and allow Cognizant to decouple revenue and headcount. These include investments in platform-based, business process solutions, and a multi-tenant technology platform to process clients' transactions.

As part of the Innovation Ecosystem I'm working on growing our open innovation model by collaborating and co-innovating with startups, as well as academic, on a global scale.

In Market Development I work on go-to-market strategies and marketing for tech ventures, specifically focused on Social-Mobile-Analytics-Cloud solutions.
