Visual Merchandise and Training Coordinator (Freelance)

J2 Merchandising is a 3rd party visual merchandising company that provides clients with a single–point of contact to drive sales through creative visual displays in shops located across North America.

• Completes weekly and monthly visits to Lord & Taylor department in New York City and Connecticut to ensure that all Visual Guidelines and Marketing Strategies are successfully implemented and maintained for the following European Menswear brands, Strellson & Bugatti.

• Provides field feedback to corporate leadership by partnering with Department Manager and Shop Specialist to collect product feedback and performance from consumers and sales analysis.

• Drives sales and higher price apparel by assisting the In-Store Visual Manager and Team on fixture orders and placements while also providing visual direction on brand marketing placement, mannequin styling and upkeep.

• Provides training to Shop Specialist on how to market and sale apparel by providing product knowledge and ensuring brand aesthetics are implemented and understood.

• Supports the On-boarding process of new hires for j2 Merchandising by providing new hire orientation, merchandise training and information on visual guidelines and standards.
