Advised customers about their vehicles issues. Show & Tell what issues customers came in for and what else we found. Help prioritize what issues need to be asserted from first to last. Managed a shop with 4 employees when the Manager is off work. Organized and cleaned shop daily. Learned company software for data entry. Emailed customers and called them on follow up repairs. Helped mechanics when they were behind; teamwork is what I strived for as a motto for the shop.
