Established performance and accountability standards for Project Managers. Conduct yearly performance evaluations and goals. Sales and marketing including presentation at NextGen User Group Meeting (UGM), NextGen sales meetings and regional User Group Meetings. Responsible for the design, development, customization and Implementation of custom/hybrid NextGen templates.
