Partnered with OgilvyOne PR to develop of a turn-key brand awareness and fundraising campaign for the Building for America's Bravest program. Elements included: brand guidelines, donation website, TV and radio spots, marketing collateral and a celebrity supported social media launch. Supervised a 3-month Direct Response TV campaign- tracking and testing results to maximize donations to the cause.
Assisted with marketing and communications for the 2013 Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk series with events operating in 12 cities nationwide.
Managed logistics for various events:cocktail receptions, annual boat cruise, and 5K run and walk events (including NYC with over 18,000 participants).
Worked with the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development, school personnel, regulatory agencies and community groups, in accordance with YMCA standards, to ensure the Y After School program effectively served high-need youth. Assessed community needs, developed and implemented services, and managed the overall operation of the program. Recruited, trained and supervised all site staff members.
Managed the daily operations of Y After School programming, provided strategic direction the annual curriculum, supervised 12 staff members and provided support for 100 program participants.
Developed and implemented the LAUNCH program which provides low income children the opportunity to participate in daily physical activity whether it is during the summer months or academic school year. The children who partake in the program are engaged in knowledge pertaining to character traits (respect, trust, honesty) while also encompassing health concepts such as diet and personal hygiene.
