• Merged the Development and Marketing departments for greater control of messaging and communication to donors, members, visitors, and the media.
• Oversee department of five full-time and one part-time staff members
• Work closely with executive director and trustees on fundraising and strategic planning initiatives
• Work collaboratively across Museum departments and within the community to engage new audiences, raise the profile of the Museum, and establish and foster diverse partnerships.
