John Crane — a Smiths Group division
Identifying and developing new business for the full range of John Crane products in conjunction with Saudi internal sales teams, technical support engineers and the Saudi service team. The role involves selling a wide product range including seals, couplings and filtration systems.
◆ Retaining and growing existing business accounts in the allocated central and eastern areas to agreed targets.
◆ Developing and implementing individual account management plans including customer needs analysis, competitor SWOT analysis, identification of new business opportunities, projects and service plus customer call planning.
◆ Monthly forecasting and monthly progress reporting.
◆ Price / Contract negotiation, handling of customer enquiries and quotations.
◆ Participating in Sales meetings and general sales related administration including SAP data input / maintenance as necessary.
◆ Hands-on engineering troubleshooting on customer's sites.
