As the Systems Administrator for 60 users across company branches this position required an ability to prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment to satisfy internal customer demands. Projects included:

• Setting up site-to-site VPNs to connect satellite offices to Head Office.
• Standardising PC builds using ghosting technology to deploy Windows OS and applications.
• Planning, testing and implementing Disaster Recovery procedures and infrastructure, including installation and configuration of an enterprise back-up and recovery software solution and establishment of an off-site recovery suite.
