Day-to-day duties include:
● Providing technical support, system administration and maintenance of networks and PC systems for all users.
● Maintaining user up-time and improving their computing experiences.
● Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving client issues with hardware/software maintenance, installations and upgrades.
● Installing/configuring new equipment and upgrading existing systems
● Training users on new systems or software applications.
● Managing Google Apps users.
● Creating, configuring and deleting user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory
● Remotely administrating as well as assisting users via Remote Desktop Connection and DameWare.
