• Maintaining Mobily IGW nodes (international gateway)and handling all related issues which includes
o International CCTs provisioning
o New subnets advertisements and traffic load sharing.
o Cache farms traffic distribution through PBR
o Manipulating the traffic distribution through MGN (Mobily global network) which contains direct peering links with Google, Facebook… through international POPs in Amsterdam, London…
o Perform regular health checks for all IGW nodes.

• New customers Provisioning (L2VPN, L3VPN, DIA..) and handling customers TTs
• Expanding Mobily access network/broadband services through new technologies (WiMax, PMP, GPON, LTE...).
• Expanding Mobily core/IGW network through juniper equipments (MX series, T series, EX series).
• Contacting vendors TACs to resolve hardware and software problems .
• Handling cases escalated from Technical Support and L2 NOC engineers through Remedy ticketing system.
• Supervising and conducting technical sessions for the L3/L2 Noc engineers.

• Installation & troubleshooting of POPs, trunks, DIDs, PRIs, local loops and all related equipments.
• Key responsible for the identification and resolution of hardware and software technical problems and malfunctions related to hardware.
• Act as second level troubleshooting for all field trouble tickets forwarded by NOC department
• Implementation of special projects such as DSL upgrades plans and opening a new POPs and all site migrations.
• Put the configuration for all LDN equipments inside the POP (Access Servers, Routers, DSLAMs,etc….)
• Testing complex installation in lab before field implementation• Conduct training for technicians’ team to enhance their knowledge that will lead to increasing the performance.

o Mobinil wifi: Installing and configuring the APs and routers for Wi-Fi hot spots all over Egypt.
o LDN IPDSLAMs Migration: Migrating LDN from the old ATM DSLAMS setup to the new IPDLSAMs one.
o PBDAC project: installing and configuring the PBDAC bank LLs all over Egypt.
o Other projects for LLs and VPNs.
