This is a very well known location with history in the area, as the bar program had gone down it was my mission to engage people and bring their interest to our wide variety of tequila and educate them on all of our products. Reading history on multiple tequilas and knowing special facts about each tequila always helped me guide people to tequilas that where new to them but still enjoyable to their pallet. Listening to people and their needs and knowing exactly which tequila was right for them is what kept people coming back. Although some tequilas are a bit out of people's price point, with the right knowledge and selling technique people become interested and made my tequila sells successful. On a daily basis I am in charge of making custom drinks on the spot, all while keeping the bars already set drinks consistent. As manager I was in charge of making sure all functions of the restaurant were on followed through, as well as people having no issues and enjoying their night. Closing the nights numbers and making sure there's was no discrepancies with the money were all duties I was in charge of carrying through as a closing manager.
