This is a very well known location with history in the area, as the bar program had gone down it was my mission to engage people and bring their interest to our wide variety of tequila and educate them on all of our products. Reading history on multiple tequilas and knowing special facts about each tequila always helped me guide people to tequilas that where new to them but still enjoyable to their pallet. Listening to people and their needs and knowing exactly which tequila was right for them is what kept people coming back. Although some tequilas are a bit out of people's price point, with the right knowledge and selling technique people become interested and made my tequila sells successful. On a daily basis I am in charge of making custom drinks on the spot, all while keeping the bars already set drinks consistent. As manager I was in charge of making sure all functions of the restaurant were on followed through, as well as people having no issues and enjoying their night. Closing the nights numbers and making sure there's was no discrepancies with the money were all duties I was in charge of carrying through as a closing manager.

One of the main bartenders in charge of setting up and carrying private tequila tasting in our tequila tasting vault. I was in charge of speaking with the customer, figuring a price point for their tequila tasting and looking for tequilas that would appeal to their pallet as well as meeting their funds. At the tastings I was in charge of educating people about the history of tequila in order for them to appreciate the true value of boutique tequilas. I was also in charge of training all new bartenders and making sure they were following our recipes and that the drinks were up to the companies standards. On a daily basis I was in charge of making sure that our bar was clean and fully stocked and that there was no problems with peoples drinks or that service was too slow, I can say that I was a true asset to the company.

This was a very fast paced restaurant where I had to be able to deal with multiple customers at the same time while staying calm and collective making their experience the best possible. Being able to multitask, organized, and maintain people satisfied, as well as knowing how to handle issues professionally.
