ReCAP

Co-Founder, Executive Director

Resident Communication Assessment Program

In collaboration with the Associate Dean of Graduate School of Medicine, Clinton Global Initiative University, and Stanford Hospital, ReCAP is a cutting-edge healthcare initiative launching at Stanford Hospital and hopefully future hospitals nationwide. This program recruits student volunteers to talk directly to patients, listen to their opinions about the interactions with their medical residents, and record feedback in our uniquely designed evaluation system.

ReCAP seeks to significantly expedite and streamline the process of acquiring feedback from patients so that we can identify patterns or issues through big data that could improve doctor-patient communication and overall satisfaction and implement it immediately. Several projects and initiatives at the intersection of technology and medicine will be launched in 2018.
