Planned and executed enterprise infrastructure upgrades to include vulnerability management systems, firewalls, WAN optimizers, routers, and switches to more than 141+ locations across the country with an estimated cost of $100M. Completed feasability assessments of new requirements and analyzed trends to assess enterprise need versus local; cost benefit strategy. Deployed remote access capability to ~100,000 users. Responsible for high level project estimates and budgets. Present lifecycle project status reviews to executive leadership and stakeholders. Provided updates between cross-functional teams to ensure all issues are communicated via integrated project team meetings. Successfully transitioned projects through multiple organizational re-alignments. Initiated improvements to project management processes and procedures to ensure overall program success due to fiscal restraints and limited resources. Responsible for assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources as needed, and developing a schedule to ensure timely completion of the project. Manages projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, stakeholders, and vendors. Ensures project deliverables are reviewed for quality assurance. Extensive knowledge of project, system development and investment lifecycle processes.
