Ran three successful locations in Ohio. Report amount of gold purchased, purchase price per pennyweight and closing ratio of Region to GM periodically throughout the day. Pick up and ship gold weekly to Corporate Headquarters. Review employees, making sure they follow company policies and procedures. Take law enforcement inquiries regarding stolen property. Schedule inspections for locations. Train new employees. Fill out new hire paperwork for new employees. Input new and repeat customer data. Purchase gold using persuasive salesmanship. Hiring and Termination of all Ohio employees.
