Deputy Director of Operations chez SETRAM
In charge of the implementation and application of the sales and business strategy for the operation and management of Oran Tramway.
* Prospect, develop and manage the network of distributors transport tickets.
* Develop and maintain a network of great-account sales (companies, organizations ...) for transportation tickets.
* Ensure the sale of product excluding transportation tickets (advertising, products annexes).
* Provide sales management and reporting, and propose solutions to increase the sales turnover.
* Ensure the relationship with customers and informing the traveler.
* Enhancing customer loyalty
In charge of managing and developing the brand name capital associated with the brands we represent in the Algerian market. My mission is to develop the product and its range and constantly adapt to changes and market opportunities.
*Tracking and analysis distribution, sales and product visibility of Freedent™ (WRIGLEY) and Tiffany™ (IFFCO) brands on the Algerian market, key accounts ( Retail Market /supermarkets and hypermarkets) and specialized circuits (Wholesalers).
* Ensuring relations with suppliers
* Ensure the implementation of the strategic marketing and sales plan in the field.
* Supporting and supervising the sales force and merchandisers in the field.
In charge of developing and managing accounts customer portfolio (multinational and public companies)
