Led the team of designers responsible for the visual aesthetic of Oprah.com – a lifestyle site for helping individuals live their best lives. Along with designing Oprah.com, our team supported all ad sales initiatives delivering numerous products including custom microsites, advertorials, banner ads and interactive programs.

2010 – Responsible for the UI design of Oprah Mobile – an application that delivers premium Oprah.com content. Available on the iPhone, Blackberry, Android and Palm.

2009 – Optimized all Oprah.com newsletter campaigns using data‐driven analysis based on A/B and multivariate testing – increased email referrals to the site by 30 percent–significantly boosting total page views impacting advertising revenue.

2009 – Designed and developed the Oprah.com Presidential Inauguration Map, which plotted reporter Lisa Ling’s various points of DC coverage in real-time. As well, the map marked Oprah.com’s first use of Twitter, which has since been embraced by Ms. Winfrey. The map proved to be an immersive experience with average time spent on page at 4.82 minutes (an increase over our 1.10 minute average); Additionally, the Map was lauded by peers and graciously showcased on the Google Lat Long Blog, which is maintained by the Google Maps development team.

2008 – Responsible for the design and development of the interactive viewing experience for A New Earth – a 10-part live Webcast series that attracted one of the largest live web viewing audiences ever at the time.

2012 – Oyez Studios plays a vital role in the ongoing development of Harvest – an open, transparent financial research platform where Professional and Retail investors share and gather unique perspective on the global markets. Responsible for branding, product design, user experience, HTML/CSS/SASS development and project management.

2009 – Designed the Beardown Chicago Bears Podcast blog for actor/comedian Matt Walsh (founding member of the “Upright Citizens Brigade", starred in The Hangover, Old School, Role Models) and screenwriter Scot Armstrong (Road Trip, Old School, Starsky & Hutch, School for Scoundrels, Heartbreak Kid and Semi Pro).

2007 – Worked with Writer/Director Steven Conrad (The Pursuit of Happyness, The Weather Man) to create a viral marketing campaign, which included a uniquely animated microsite for the motion picture release of The Promotion starring John C. Reilly and Seann William Scott.

2006 – Contracted by EA to produce and design 250 hand-painted custom Nike Air Force Ones, which were used to promote the launch of their new game title Crysis. Worked directly with EA Senior Brand Managers and the Editor-in-Chief of the world’s leading consumer sneaker magazine Sole Collector. The shoes successfully marketed Crysis to 18-24 year old urban gamers and were showcased in Sole Collector along with a few other sneaker freaker publications.

2004 – Worked with Legacy Marketing partners to design creative for multiple print campaigns including International Truck & Engine, Chivas Regal, Glenlivet, Wyborowa Vodka and Jameson Irish Whiskey.

2003 – Art directed and designed the Official website for Charlize Theron's Monster.

2002 – Retained by AKPD Message & Media for web design and production from 2002 to 2008. The firm was most recently awarded as campaign manager (David Plouffe), strategist and marketer of the year for their work on Obama for President 2008.

Completed technical due diligence for Panasonic with early and late-stage portfolio companies.

Responsibilities included business development and new media integration with the Panasonic brand and distribution channels.

Worked with iXL (Los Angeles) and Bensussen, Deutche & Associates through the design and development of Mountain Dew's online grassroots initiative Dew Tour '99.

Designed Dew Tour '99 banners aimed to spike the program towards the end of the summer. The banners ran on ESPN, Snap and TransWorld Snowboarding/Skateboarding Web properties.

Developed relevant content and interactive Flash games leveraging All Sport's existing relationships with brand endorsed athletes Reggie Miller, Kordell Stewart, Alex Rodriguez and Alexi Lalas.
