Project ALS Stem Cell Research Lab Internship

• Performed lab tasks such as immunofluorescence staining, imaging cells, analyzing results and formulating a research paper
• Conducted an experiment on the Xenotransplant of human motor neurons to a chick embryo
• Worked alongside researchers as they conducted the first patient-specific epithelial stem cell research project. This project later went on to be recognized as Time Magazine’s #1 medical breakthrough of 2008.
