Addresses a high volume of incoming calls. Resolves customer complaints in a friendly and tactful manner while ensuring quality, efficiency and accuracy for all call transactions.
Processes over the counter payments and transactions.
Learned to fill customer propane tanks so no customer is turned away when yard personnel is not available.
