Music Unites

Founder & Executive Director

Music Unites is the leading non-profit charity organization supporting music education around the world. I work with a team and a board of 12 directors to produce, promote and market benefit concert series with major artists including Sting, Joshua Bell, Melanie Fiona, Mark Ronson and Peter Bjorn & John to help fund music education programs for underprivileged children in underfunded inner city school systems. I interface and manage relationships with top music, entertainment, fashion and media executives to negotiate deals. In three years, the charity has cultivated a following of over 8,000 supporters, raised over $55,000 to fund the Music Unites Youth choir and assembled workshops and artist panels.

Develop brand partnerships for Red Light Management's portfolio of over 200+ artists including Alicia Keys, Mariah Carey, Dave Matthews, Lionel Richie, Tiesto, in addition to tour and festival sponsorships, endorsements, licensing and new product development. I provide marketing solutions for brands and creative agencies.

Studies show a direct correlation between the arts and a student’s academic abilities and attendance rates. Most importantly, what a great way express yourself – it’s liberating and helps shape you as an individual, not to mention the discipline and training required as an artist which is an invaluable skill to develop.

I managed the beauty department, wrote and edited four weekly beauty pages. I also booked, produced and wrote copy for celebrity beauty and fashion shoots, including special projects. Among other duties, I booked musical talent; produced events and celebrity wrangled for Oscars and Grammys.
