3rd Shift Head Baker

I am responsible for all baked goods for the sales floor in the cafeteria, Jazzman's cafe, and catering. Items include, but not limited to, muffins, breakfast breads, croissants, scones, Danish, cakes, pudding, jello, cookies, brownies, 150 calorie program, holiday bake sale. My duties also include cleaning and sanitation, refrigeration temp logs, inventory, writing up orders, setting up and sending out deliveries, filling client orders, customer service, prep for the kitchen (vegetables, fruits, meats) communicating with the office staff and kitchen staff about 3rd shift needs and working as a team to help all shifts.
