I am responsible for all baked goods for the sales floor in the cafeteria, Jazzman's cafe, and catering. Items include, but not limited to, muffins, breakfast breads, croissants, scones, Danish, cakes, pudding, jello, cookies, brownies, 150 calorie program, holiday bake sale. My duties also include cleaning and sanitation, refrigeration temp logs, inventory, writing up orders, setting up and sending out deliveries, filling client orders, customer service, prep for the kitchen (vegetables, fruits, meats) communicating with the office staff and kitchen staff about 3rd shift needs and working as a team to help all shifts.

I have great time management skills, can multi task, I'm use to long hours and can lift 50#. Dentist can focus more time on the procedure; the dental assistant then effectively becomes the Dentist's extra hands. I did receive my Associates in Science degree by taking classes while still I high school.

Cake decorator responsibilities were customer service, taking and filling cake orders, product knowledge, cleaning and sanitation, ordering, decorating cakes, cookies and cupcakes for sporting events , holidays and seasonal, also new cake designs, filling display cases and self serve freezer, new techniques, back up, teaching other employees how to decorate and write on cakes.

I had worked for Demoulas. Market basket for many years, my first three years was in the deli. From 1999 I was in the bakery and held many positions in the bakery... Head baker- baking cookies, pies, breads, muffins, ect... Packaging /Finishing- of all products produced. Donut/Bench- frying yeast and cake donuts, finishing, mixing muffins, angle food cakes, hermits, meringues, pound breads, following recipes. Assistant bakery manager- knowledge of all of the above, placing/receiving shipments, inventory communication with the main office and supervisor about sales and employees, any issues or concerns, holiday planning, scheduling, following OSHA program and board of health standards, all around care of customers, employee, product and equipment.
