Currently implementing an organization-wide employee recognition program through an initiative through SSM University entitled “Emerging Leaders”. Administer compensation program for two not-for-profit hospitals. Perform market research, analyze data, and make recommendations as to job pricing. Design, evaluate, and analyze multiple custom reports extracted from HRIS. Assist with planning decisions. Perform internal auditing to identify opportunities for and assist with implementation of process improvement measures. Developed a communication program for management to use so that employees would have a better understanding of their pay; this resulted in increased employee survey scores.
