Manage the on-boarding process for 4763 students, Faculty and Staff throughout the NYC campus.
Serve as primary support and coverage to the Staffing and Recruitment Dept. for the NY City Campus. Manage the relationship with and support all university constituencies, Labor and Employee Relations managers, Benefits, Payroll, and HRIS department while in compliance of policies and procedures. Monitor and replenish inventory supplies as needed; document and update procedures on an ongoing basis. Manage the interview; selection and training process for newly hire student assistants within the HR department. Manage all I-9 document verification and visa updated for J-1, F-1 and H1-B Scholars. Handle onboarding process for 2592 Newly-Hire, 864 Separations, and 432 other updating forms annually.
