Managing front and back of house. Making sure guests are enjoying their food and having a great experience. Back office paperwork, inventory, food orders, truck orders. I work on the registers, and handle the money and drawers at the end of the night. I've learned bake, expo, cash, grill, utilities, and prep. I check all associates out at the end of the night. Making sure food is going out right, making sure uniforms are correct and work right.
