After former employer was acquired and supporting merger of businesses, I resigned and managed client assignments on a contract basis who wanted my personal guidance and expertise.
• Operations: Helped client recruit, select, hire and onboard new staff, created channel command and procedures to ensure higher staff productivity.
• Account Management: Develop and execute strategy, provide client stewardship, and communicate client needs to all cross functional partners to maintain strong client satisfaction on projects.
• Business Development: Drive business development in new segments. Increase revenue through program aimed at existing and new customer by developing clear marketing strategies ie: social media marketing, website development/enhancement, email marketing and social events.
