Michael have made significant changes at Calices Solicitors, that have had a positive influence on the staff and our community. During one of his projects he managed implementation and staff training of the new CRM and CMS systems. At the feedback phase one of the clients commented on these changes: “Its easier and quicker to get information about my case update now since you can find me quickly on your computer.”

He made a real effort to change the whole identity of a company to a new and refreshed branding, what included implementation of new business cards, website, leaflets, letterheads, design of internal materials and our company profile on different Internet sites (Yell, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+). Being part of the team he led preparation and production of marketing merchandise including mugs, pens and others, what ensured highest brand visibility.

Under his management firm's Internet visibility has tremendously improved, proved by excellent results in Google Analytics, with miscellaneous demographics and technologically varied user base.
He implemented WordPress platform as a company CMS system, with new website development. Due to refreshed branding he improved our ROI significantly.

Michael has got extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite CS5/6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
