I started with this company as a dishwasher and learned each category and advanced in each area. I was approached to train as a corporate trainer to help open and retrain stores that had food cost issues. They was happy with my work so I was asked to become shift asst. I was a shift for around a year. I then moved to full management. I moved to numerous stores to help correct issues the company was having I was asked to move to Columbus market with my family. I managed 7 different locations in this area and my last 2 locations we were able to turn stores into top ten in the company of 547.
